Deciduous azalea leaves yellowing, browning, dropping

I'm trying to figure out what's going on with an azalea that I'm caring for. I don't know the exact variety, but it's a deciduous azalea that bloomed in early July and had yellowy-orange, fragrant flowers. Soon after blooming, the leaves started to yellow and brown and drop off. There are two other identical azaleas planted one on either side of this one, and neither of those has developed these symptoms (yet?), though there is a bit of browning on the tips of those. Here are some pics, which I hope will help:

Yellowing (chlorosis?) and browning.
Leaf underside.
Shrub as a whole.

I've been through some old threads and other online resources, but nothing seems to quite match this. Would welcome any suggestions. Thanks!!
