Yellow splotches on tomatoes, shrinking production and dying leaves

PM2 Japan/AZ

Hi all,

First off this is probably tricky so thank you for any help. I live in Kumamoto,Japan currently and its very muggy and hot ( 70-90% humidity and in the 80-90F range)

I have tried to research but have found very little specific help. What I believe I have are spider mites but I am curious if I also have Spotted wilt or Early Blight along with the infestation.

Bellow are pictures of my tomatoes and the plants. You will notice a yellowing or shimmering gold appearance on my harvested tomatoes. At the same time you will see browning and dying leaves with the yellow painted leaves that are characteristic of spider mites ( I think).

(pictures taken around August 8th)

I have been spraying heavily every other day with an insecticide that
works on aphids and I assume that works on spider mites as well ( I cant
read Japanese...) for the past week or two. The plants have seen a
little improvement on the tops where they are still green however the
rest of the plant has continued to deteriorate. I appreciate any
thoughts or help. Thanks again.
