Questions about newly bought plants from Home Depot

Hi all, I was rather excited to discover yesterday that Home Depot has a wide variety of succulents. Some looked healthy while others like the 3 shown below did not look so good. I have quarantined them. All three plants look extremely dehydrated with wrinkly especially the E. chroma. All the plants have also been treated with neonicotinoids. I have read that this persists in the plant so does this mean that I do not need to quarantine these plants or treat them with a pesticide (I have a neem oil based product)? Also, just how horrible condition are these plants in? The chroma leaves are almost paper thin. If I start suddenly watering them will they die? I am planning to repot them in 50%CS and 50% perlite mix but after the period of quarantine. Is that okay or should I repot them immediately? Lastly, can anyone id the Echeveria on the left. The other two are chroma and shaviana. Thanks a lot! Meddy
