Finding a Bathroom Faucet

I never thought it would be difficult to find a bathroom faucet, but I guess I have very specific criteria I'm trying to find. This faucet would be in my developmentally delayed child's bathroom and must be a single handle, as my child has trouble with two handles. It seems to me that most of the faucets I look at have a very short distance from the base of the faucet to the end of the spout. (Hope that makes sense---I'm having trouble figuring out how to describe my concern.) Given the distance that most fabricators want the faucet hole to be from the hole for the undermount sink, it seems that these faucets would not extend far enough over the sink---making it much messier for my child to manage.

I even looked at some low arc (more old-fashioned looking) kitchen faucets that have the side sprayer, as I think they would be ideal for my child's bathroom. However, they all seem to require a deck around the faucet, which I don't want.

Does such a faucet exist?
