Transplanting Mme Isaac Pereire

I have my Mme Isaac Pereire planted in front of an area on my house where the fascia needs replaced. I planted it in 2013, and it is fairly vigorous. Would it be practical to transplant it? This is somewhat upsetting, because I love this rose, this repair work is something that has to be done though. Any advice and input is welcome.

Didn't intend to put this in the gallery!
