Your issue makes sense to me! I only have one large single bowl sink and I have the sprayer that pulls out of my faucet, not a separate handheld, which you may want to consider, as your sprayer is then always handy from any angle and can reach anywhere in either of your sink bowls easily. I put the soap dispenser 8" to the left of the faucet (which is in the middle) and an instant hot water 8" to the right. If you have already selected your faucet and it has the separated sprayer, then I would do what you are thinking of - place the sprayer to your right so you can use it with your dominant hand and the soap to the left. I'd have the big bowl with the the soap dispenser, since the sprayer should be able to reach it! HTH... kpk

The pros of having light strips horizontally accross the top (and on all four sides) despending on the brand of medicine cabinet and the quality of the LED lighting used is it can illuminiate the majority of the bathroom depending on size of the bathroom. It can act as the main light source as well as provide task lighting. Also, medicine cabinets with the bottom light depending on the brand is a nightlight where you can turn off the other 3 sides and use the bottom light as the nightlight, which can be dimmed. Having only two light strips vertically on each side can also provide the same benefits, but does not have the nightlight function. It really dependes on the brand of medicinec cabinet you purchase as some brands offer better quality in craftsmanship, lighting technology and functionality. I hope this helps.

Thanks. I've seen that mentioned for the screws that attach the hinge to the cabinet and door. But I can't see how to apply it to these side-to-side adjustment screws without breaking open the hinge (the housing for the adjustable pieces is rivited together). The full range of the adjustment screw is only about a quarter-turn, and then it's a hard stop. You can't keep turning to remove it (nor over tighten in the other direction). From what I can tell, it's not like a regular "screw" even though it has a phillips head. I suppose I could try to just squirt some into the housing and see what happens. But have you actually used it before for this specific type of device? Here's a picture of the adjustment screw, and one of the back of the hinge removed from the cabinet.
