Little Lamb hydrangea and Incrediball questions KY

My Little Lamb hydrangea has really fallen to the ground. We have had a lot of rain and the heavy blooms just bend down.

Last fall I cut it back thinking it would branch and have smaller blooms and maybe not bend over so much. This is the second summer to have this hydrangea. Is it still just too young to be very strong?

This is the first summer for Incrediball and it is having a hard time. The leaves are wilting. We have had lots of rain but it is also very hot.It get morning sun and afternoon shade.

Any suggestions to help this plant?

I am in western KY. Any one have favorite hydrangea for this area? I am about to give up on the mopheads. After a bad winter I had very little blooms on my re-blooming mop head hydrangea. I think I am going to the paniculate and arborescens hydrangea.

Thanks for your help
