Stainless Steel or white appliances?

In the planning stages of my kitchen remodel. You may remember me, I asked about eliminating my dishwasher in favor of more cupboards. The wonderful smart people on here came up with a plan to rearrange the kitchen, and thank you for that.

I've tentatively chosen my countertop and cabinets. They are light warm colors.

Have not settled on flooring yet.

Was at Home Depot and saw this stove on sale for $599
Whirlpool stove

I like it because it has 5 burners, an accusimmer burner, and it's also convection. So I ordered it, with a future delivery date to get the sale price.

I don't really like stainless steel though. I recognize it's not a short term trend now, so OK. And it was on sale, so I figured go with the flow, get stainless, it looks high end, even if I don't like it that much.

But now I'm having second thoughts. Seems like white would go with my cabinets and counter better. Now I'm thinking to heck with the trend, I like white. And white would go with my other choices better.

What do you all think? Does anyone else have this much trouble making these decisions? Isn't white always in style?
