Anyone have achilles tendinosis? I have been going to doctor, PT, wear orthotics, and I am stretching. It started in one calf and now the other calf is having symptoms. How long does it take to go away? I am a huge walker. Will I be able to walk again someday for exercise? I walk as a weight bearing exercise. What about cute shoes? Will I be able to wear cute shoes again someday? I don't need high heals but I do like lots of other types of footwear like sandals. Thanks for any input and/or advice.
