SW Greek Villa (trim?) and SW Tree Branch. I don't want my siding to be too dark and am afraid to not have enough contrast if one color is too light to go with Greek Villa for trim. I need help choosing BM colors. Last time we painted, we chose a sage green with burgandy shutters. I was hoping for a a pretty soft sage that doesn't appear mint. Last time our painter played with the color after the 1st coat so I don't have a name for SW color we ended up with. I was going to only have color on the doors this time. It was too much color. What would be good on shutters? I was thinking cream or navy or a deeper sage on same chip. Is it ok to not put shutters on 2nd floor garage addition even though those windows are in the front? I hate drawing attention to this part of the house. Thank you!

I have removed all shrubs in the front. The front door is set back and hard to see but same stain as the shutters. And the stone is the same on both sides of the garage. I have no idea of paint colors and was wondering if i should do a trim contrast? The gutters along the house match the shutters as well.

I’m looking to paint the exterior of my home. I am pretty sure I want the columns, fascia and soffits white (but which white?) and I like blues. I’m drawn to colors like SW Dutch Tile Blue or Granite Peak. I don’t want a red white and blue house though. I don’t want to paint the brick - too permanent and we like some contrast. We are building shutters for the small leftmost window. There are a million exterior doors on this house and the back is all hardy board, no brick. We have a new roof and gutters coming in weathered shadow and musket brown, respectively. I like the thought of white in the stucco, but I’m afraid of it being too bright and too modern for my traditional home. And I have no clue what to do with the window trim.
