You haven't provided enough information. You say there's a fault code but didn't cite what is the code you're getting. Is the basket jammed-stuck? Can you rotate it by hand but it doesn't spin during the machine's operation? Is the water fully draining? The machine can't spin until after the water drains.

Hi dadoes! Everything else works on the machine. The only thing that doesnt work is the basket is not spinning. I can spin the basket by hand when not on, but it doesnt spin during machines operation. I took everything apart, pulled out the basket and cleaned the whole thing out, and tried it again to no avail. It goes through the cycles, but when its time to wash only the agitator is working, not really washing the clothes. Once is on the last spin cycle it stops beeps pretty loud and gives me the code, which is the third light on the wash progress part. Third light after long wash. And then the fifth light on wash progress which is rigt under short wash. Both are green lights. Both lights stay on solid, so its not flashing. And they are the only lights that are on when machine stops. Hope thats all you need really want to fix this myself but if i cant fix myself then will buy another one! Have a big family and need my washing machine. Thanks so much for helping!

The proper reference to the cycle lights for describing a fault is which are lit in order from left to right, numbered 1 through 8. So you have the 3rd and 5th, which is Fault Code 40. Bowl Disengage Fault. Tub is empty of water per the water level pressure sensor reading but the bowl/basket is not engaged to the drive cog, which physically prevents the machine from spinning.As you (should) know, the basket floats upward slightly to disengage from the drive cog/clutch when the tub fills with water so the agitator can oscillate separately for wash or rinse. The basket settles back down to engage the cog when the water has drained. The motor pulses forward and back a few times after drain is complete to confirm by rotational inertia that the basket has engaged, and that operational test is failing so it can't spin.

This is assuming that the pressure sensor is not at fault giving the
control board an incorrect reading of water in the tub when that's not
the case.

I suggest removing the inner basket, examine the hub and drive cog to confirm nothing is broken/cracked and no accumulation of lint/debris preventing the teeth on the cog from engaging. Examine the motor shaft for evidence of debris, mineral accumulation and such that would interfere with the basket slipping freely up/down to disengage/engage the drive cog.
