Chevy Kodiak problems

berk

My husband has a 2008 Chevy Kodiak, 4500 series with 198, 000 miles on it.

It is a Duramax diesel . The problem is, when the weather is warm an alarm goes off and engine powers down and if I turn it off for about 5 min. it will start and run again for 20-50 more miles before it does that again. Plugged into the computer it tells me Low Pressure on the Fuel Rail. It does not do this in cool weather only warm weather. Anyone else had this problem or know what is causing this to happen?
