Some more early blooms from up north
Comments (9)They are all very pretty. I got Francois Verhaert last year from someone on the LA and when it came if was much smaller than I expected. I planted it in the garden and it did not live. I guess I should have tried a pot. Thank you. Jane...See MoreSome early blooms
Comments (16)Thanks guys for your kind comments, Dave you're absolutely right, I love the Fool's Gold too, she smell great, I could smell her from far away.... Karen, I will post pictures of the Mini white soon, the ones in the pictures are thumbalina.. Nicole the Wild Wheel is really unique, I was lucky to find it the last time I went to John's. When she first opens up she is a deep pink w/ the color break then when she starts to fade the pink streaks become almost purple... Pics 1-3 Thumbalina 4th Tropical Spider, 5th Lucky Star, Celadine, Thai Running man, Thai Wild Wheel (8-10), California Sally, Thai Unknown (Dulcemia?), Fool's Gold, Maui Hanging Windmill, California Sunset, Gulfstream and San Miguel....See MoreSome new blooms in my garden

Comments (14)Blazing Cannons fades some, but it is still very colorful by evening. It's not one of my favorite reds because it has an orange base. I prefer the blue reds like Insider Trading and Red Edition. It does have a good bud count though. Our high temp today was 97 with a heat index of 113. Here's how it looked at 7:30 p.m. It's in full sun all day. Nancy - Although we got quite a bit of rain the first week of July, most of the showers since then have gone north or east of us. Except for the red bed and the seedling bed which I water daily, the other beds are very dry and there's lots of bad foliage. Debra...See Moreshive
