Unsanded vs. Sanded Grout With Varying Widths of Grout Lines

I'm tiling my basement bathroom. I have done the floor with 3/16" space between tile. I am tiling the wall above the tub and halfway up the wall behind the sink and toilet. I have glass mosaic tiles also, and they have only 1/16" space between each mosaic (1/2" squares). I am using 3 of these in the floor and also cutting them apart to use as accent at the edges of the shower wall and at the top of the section of wall I'm tiling. I'm also considering using 1/8" spaces for the tub and wall area.

Do I need to use sanded in the wider areas and unsanded in the narrower? (I need to go downstairs and look, but I think the guy at Lowe's sold us unsanded for it all.)

Also, will it look weird to have 3/16" grout lines on the floor and 1/8" on the walls?
