I'd do the solid orange with the rings on the banquet and the turquoise and the top fabric swatch on the bench.

I'm a sucker for anything paisley, so I'd definitely include that one.

Your new kitchen sounds spectacular. If the colors in your kitchen are similar to any of these kitchen images below, those fabric colors would not be the solution I would reach for. I would choose none of the above. IMO.

Beverly - I agree and I'm sure that is why I can't pick, I don't love any of them. I lean towards bold black and white ikat prints but am afraid the whole kitchen will be black white and grey. Also trying to use outdoor fabric for durability.

These fabrics are all outdoor fabrics from FabricGuru.com I like the first fabric selection for your banquette. You can add color & texture with art, dishes, place mats, etc. What's wrong with an all grey kitchen? All the kitchen above are monochromatic and look great!

I love the neutral palette you've described, and agree with Beverly that the fabrics you've been considering aren't quite right - particularly for an industrial vibe. Why not use those orange stools and bring in additional color "pops" with new dishes?

Since watching the Netflex series "Frankie and Grace" I've been hooked on orange and white.

I like all the colors in the second grouping. I'd do the mum print on the banquette only because it will show dirt less than the others. Use the others for throw pillows and use the stripe for the single bench.

Since your kitchen is neutral, I wouldn't do a loud print on the banquette or bench. I like the Ikat gray print that was posted above - choose something that goes with the overall calm palette. Then I'd do some throw pillows or lumbar pillows in a print like the orange/teal/light gray/dark gray print in your second post. That will pull in the orange of your stools but also go with the rest of the neutral kitchen. You can always add an orange kitchen aid mixer/canisters/fruit bowl etc. to the counters.

I wouldn't do a vibrant print on a permanent and expensive to redo item like banquette cushions. In two years when orange and teal are out of fashion you can just buy new accessories and pillows.

If you look back at the pictures posted as ideas, the fabric while a stripe, was a pretty easy to live with for a long time taupe.
