Does the couch set, rug, and coffee tables look good together?

I am kind of in debate about the coffee tables. I love the trunk for the extra storage, but I like that large storage cabinet in the back to act as a sofa table because we use our current sofa table for storage as well. As far as the side tables go, I like any of those options. Some of the pieces of different finishes and I am kind of a matchy-matchy person!! I need to get over it, I know. I wish the whole collection was just the same finish :)

With the couches, we would probably do the sofa, loveseat, and coordinating chair, not the accent chair.

They also have that rug in a green color that would coordinate with the green in the couch set. I kind of favor the blue-ish color though.

Are you limited to just choosing from this collection? If you want pieces that have the same wood finish, then keep looking for what you want. Will it bother you that the sofa feet are another wood tone?

I think either rug is fine. Do you have kids/pets? If so, I'd want to make sure the rug and sofas are cleanable :-)

Different colored legs won't bug me. I have 2 dogs, but they don't shed and don't make a mess. I am open to other coffee tables, etc but I do kind of like the rustic look though.

The matching console table in your first set of photos looks too tall for the back of your sofa. Be sure to note measurements. Agree the dropleaf, while pretty on its own, doesn't seem a good fit for a console table in your space. Not sure why... maybe because looking at it straight on means not fully appreciating the ironwork behind the leaf. I usually love a fabric or leather ottoman for practicality (additional seating) but your furniture arrangement doesn't need any additional seating. I think a solid coffee table would work best.

Hello everyone! Thanks for your awesome advice. I agree w @groveraxle. I think I may need to consider replacing my rug w something a little more orangey. We love the gray poofy rug. But I’m not sure it matches and is making the purchase of the coffee table quite challenging. I liked @BeverlyFLADeziner recommendation of the 2 x silver patina tables. They are “different”. But I think I may need to add a glass top. What do you guys think of these one? Do they clash w the sectional? The first 2 are from wayfair and I think I’d put 2 as u all recommended. The 3rd amazon and only 1. Can I keep the rug or change it for something beigier? Sorry I stink at colors! You all have been tremendously helpful!

Center TV on its wall (and mount if you are not in a rental). TV stand below to span most of that wall. Center sofa across from it. Pull loveseat and other seating around it. Is the sliding door/window supposed to have something in front of it (is that dining space)? If not, you could create a reading nook or something like that. Art over sofas (maybe mirror if it reflects nice outdoor view). West Elm makes a overarching lamp that attaches to wall (sconce) that is plug-in. Might work to bring light into muddle if room without corner floor lamp.

My feeling is you need a more contemporary, geometric and stylish rug, to enhance your lovely coffee table. Also instead of focusing on rug only, consider entire room. My dogs are cocker spaniels and they don't shed at all! That's the breed I grew up with.
