Yup, Trillium cuneatum, often called Whippoorwill Flower in middle TN. That's a nice little wildflower patch going on in the pic, by the way. Also visible is Dutchman's Breeches (Dicentra cucullaria), the soft blue green ferny leaves with the little double pronged white blooms; Purple Phacelia (Phacelia pinnatifida), the silver spotted dark green deeply toothed leaves -- that's a biennial with really lovely purple flower sprays a little later in spring; and one of the Spring Beauty species (Claytonia sp.), probably C. virginica. I'd say that spot's worth protecting.

I agree on 1 & 2 and 5 is certainly possible as another penstemon. 3 Lambsquarters AKA Chenopodium, a weed. 4. Bee balm, Monarda.

#3 Echinacea purpurea 'White Lustre' or 'White Swan' likely. #5 Phalaris arundinacea likely.
