Inset with all slab doors..

I'm having a hard time deciding between doing all slab drawers vs just slabs on the smaller drawers. I'm going for early 1900s look but not doing an historically accurate kitchen (obviously, or it would not even be part of the main house here in the South). If I were doing all stained cabinetry I would easily go all slabs, but only a linen closet, my butler's pantry, and my bathroom cabinetry will be stained. The kitchen will be creamy white, no bead. I have two major concerns. One, I have mostly drawers for lowers. Two, I'm not doing a lot of other details. I may do a pretty drop pulls, latches on the top ( stacked) cabinets, but not a lot of other details. There will be med/dark stained wood floors (I would do lighter but hubby won't have it), a simple edge on Alabama White marble, POSSIBLY backsplash... I think the safe choice would be to do a mix of five piece fronts and slab, but here are the reasons I can't commit..
