in zone 6, and tomatoes and tomatillos already have flowers??

Hi folks,
I'm in zone 6 and started my tomatoes and tomatillos from seed in March. I planted them in the ground 2 weeks ago. Most of my tomato plants have flowers already, and the tomatillos look to have little fruits beginning. It's been a super weird spring here-- temps in 90s alternating with 50s, and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it (my rhubarb bolted already!! it's just been weird weather).

Would you recommend I leave the plants as is, or pluck the flowers/fruit, fertilize differently (I've been using 2-7-4 fertilizer spikes), etc.

Thanks!!
