Back story, We moved into a home that had no one in it for nearly 4 years, so no maintenance on the extensive perenial beds. Last year was the never ending project of clean up. I havent ID these roses yet, I had cut them down to sticks last year and couldnt believe they came up into a beautiful thriving bush with large 5 petal white flowers late last summer. This year it has this horrible infestation!! So many of the buds are covered in this web, I see a few buds that will be fine. I have a couple of these webs on my big Rugosa pink Grootendorst too but that one is more affected by Aphids. Can someone please tell me what they are and what i should do? Im thinking Ill have to cut them all away... Not to much leaf damage I see...
