How do you support your Brussels Sprouts?

I've seen lots of suggestions to support brussels sprouts to keep them from toppling over mid-summer, but surprisingly little information or photos about exactly how to do that. This is my fourth year successfully growing BS, so I've got everything else down ... except keeping them upright so they don't spill over onto the plants next to them.

What advice would you give me? One stake or two? Tie the stalk to the stake or make a loop/cage between 2-3 stakes with the plant in the middle? Should I use twine or will it just cut into the stalk as it grows? Maybe velcro garden tape? I'm trying to figure out the best way to stake them earlier enough to be helpful while still accommodating the growth from a skinny stalk to a thick one.

Thanks!
