Little grey bugs under pots & repotting this tricolor Q.

Help please! There are little, oval & thin grey bugs underneath the pots on my bay window. They run quickly and scatter as I disrupt them and I squish as many as I can, but there is an army of them! I looked it up online, and they may be called psocid. Has anyone dealt with these pests before? It looks like they found a way inside from the outdoors. I imagine they crawl up the drainage hole and going to damage roots or multiply. Ugg. How to kill them? Suggestions please! (Sorry I can't get a photo as the critters are very small).

Another question... Is it bad to repot this tricolor when it's just beginning to show new growth? I hate the old compacted peaty mix it's in, and want to get it into the gritty mix.

Thoughts please, I would really appreciate it!

New growth...

Dusty?!?! Perhaps cat dander, it's near their cat nap spot. It needs a bath!

Thanks all,

Nancy
