Additionally, I was hoping for some advice regarding this Anacampseros. I noticed it has grown some roots below a rosette, as seen in the top right of the picture below.

Do I need to repot this plant to accommodate these higher roots? This plant has an extensive root system belowground, so could I leave it as is? Are these like roots that grow under mature rosettes of some Sedums and Pachyphytums? Thanks in advice for your help :-) !
