Comments (21)You can try contacting Support, but in my experience they do not reply or do anything. You'll get a boilerplate auto-response telling you they received it and will respond within XX hours, but they never do. I've also tried contacting Emily Hurley with mixed results. She might eventually respond whereas Support never does. You will probably have to do a "call out" thread since Emily does not have messaging turned on. One thing I noticed in the so-called help topics is that they do not appear to support non-App users -- they primarily support purchases, pros, and Android or iOS apps. I think that partly explains why there are so many technical issues with Houzz -- they do not appear to have the expertise to deal with the site as a whole, they're limited to simple app development/support. Just an FYI that I have never had an Ideabook but suddenly one recently showed up. It turns out they took my bookmarks and put them in an Ideabook. Fortunately, they made it "private". (Or, maybe I made it private, I don't remember for certain now!)...See MoreMy idea books have disappeared.
