I have an Odjob and I originally found it more trouble than it was worth. I recently fell back and re-grouped as I didn't appreciate being outsmarted by the thing, and figured out that if I make up the tufa mixture dry and then put it in the Odjob that it works just fine. If I dump the ingregients in it separately, then the ingredients just don't mix and there are lots of blue words flying around the workshop. I make sure not to overload it with water (for all the obvious downfalls of that), preferring to have my tufa a little on the dry side and then dump it into a mortar trough and finish it up by hand which is pretty easy as it is almost done anyway. I find that I get a better consistent quality from batch to batch using it this way. I can make up a batch in under 5 minutes. Like any of the tools, it does have to be rinsed off well after each use. For large batches, I use my regular cement mixer which isn't exactly a day at the beach either...try keeping that thing clean in the winter!!

We have these in one of my workplaces, and they don't work flawlessly. The operatory sinks will sometimes not go on even if you are waving your hands like crazy. Then they will go on spontaneously at full blast when you aren't anywhere close. There is no manual override. The toilets do not flush automatically all the time either. However, they do have a separate push button, luckily. One restroom though, every single toilet or urinal would flush as you walked through the room: I used to skirt the wall trying to see if I could get by without it happening.

Quality seems to be an issue for them too. I've started calling stores and asking which brands have the best cushion core warranty. Because not every brand has warranty information online. I'm hearing 5 years is the best you can get for cushions, but it's limited. Settled foam is not warrantied. It's considered normal. Century warrants cushion cores for 5 years. The first 2 years they'll replace the cushion cores. The next 3 years you pay for it, but it's pro-rated. Smith Brothers has a lifetime warranty, but a friend has a problem after 9 months with excessive pilling and staining (Guardsman protected). Smith Bros isn't cooperating. Several sales people recommended Huntington House. But I've seen complaints about HH on Houzz. No mention of HH on google reviews or at the bbb, which is strange. Wondering if Vanguard would be durable & finished well? I tried springdown Vanguard sofas at a few showrooms, and didn't find them comfortable. I guess my expectations need to be lower. I'm thinking about Taylor King too.

Buehl, The trash holder is 9" deep. Fori, We are having a 6" high full extension pullout shelf made for the bottom of our basement vanity. I'd originally wanted a bottom drawer (with the sink base doors above it), but the carpenter pointed out that to balance with the 11 1/2" deep drawers on the two sides of the base, it would be mighty tight fitting in an undermount sink and plumbing, etc. DH is DIY all the plumbing, so he will make sure it's high enough to clear the shelf. No pictures yet, as the vanity hasn't been completed. I will line the pullout with Life liner as I did under the sink in the kitchen. We've already had a wee link (some connection was loose), and the life liner caught it! Whew! BTW, now that I've finally ordered my custom made vanity, it seems like there are vanities popping up all over the place with bottom drawers under the sink!!! Where have they been for the past year? I was just a little ahead of the game!
