Cowbirds PNW

Has anyone in the Seattle area seen cowbirds yet? I thought I'd be seeing them by now.

15 minutes after I posted my husband saw them at our feeders! The male was doing his mating dance. Fun to watch.

The Brown-headed Cowbird (Molothrus ater) is a brood parasite.....bad bird for other species.

I know they're parasitic, but have you seen them in your area yet?
