How often do you water them? How do you water them? How much sun do they get? What is the temp they are kept at? Do you feed them with any fertilizers?

The third pic looks like sunburn.

The first picture is of my first succulent that I've had for about 2 years now, I think it is sunburned. I didn't acclimate them correctly this year, but they were only outside for 2 days before I brought them back in under the UV light. I have used Miracle-Gro fertilizer as well as one that is a foam one. I don't use those often though. Right now they are in my basement under the UV/Halogen light. I live in Missouri so the weather changes hourly and is hard to predict.

Fertilizer is the least requirement for these plants. Avoid until you get the plants health back up and the watering right. A big part of your problem, IMO, is the size of pots. Your mix will hold more water than the plant can take up. It looks like you used a mix with perlite and bark pieces? In any case, I think the pots are too large for the size of the plants in the first two pics and, unfortunately, the saucers underneath them are keeping the mix from drying out. And they need sun and good air movement.

Repotting them with a layer of gravel at the bottom for drainage should help. The halogen lights are most likely burning the plants. I use led lights to provide UV if neccesary. You may want to place a humidifier in the room with them as well. Is the solid saturated or dry?

The soil gets dry once a week or slightly longer. I have gravel in the bottom of the first one and I had to repot it since it grew larger than the pot I had it in.

That 'gravel at the bottom of the pot' is a thing that's hard to dispel.

Also, the 2nd one is planted to deep in the pot, not a major issue, just sayin'......but, more importantly, has it got any drainage holes??

Other than the sunburned ones which are drying the leaves, having varied colors on the succulents is actually kind of interesting to some people. They change color slightly based on some stress factors. In your case, it was probably the direct sun without acclimating them.

If you made a pot out of a "Major Award" would the plants look leggy?
Might test one's mettle to put it out in the yard.
