Those green DA roses in square pots

I have a question. I'm seeing some nice David Austin roses at the nursery by me. I was thinking about adding Graham Thomas Rose and Tess Of The D'Urbervilles Rose to my climbing collection. The tag on the pot said "4ft tall or 8 ft as climber".

I remember when I got my bareroot directly from the DA website, the small tag around the stem usually mark "xxx climber". However the one at the nursery doesn't have that. Will these still grow to be 8ft tall? or do I have to specifically get the one that are marked as climber?

Also, is it too late to plant bareroot now? I'm in zone5 Chicago.
