It's Climbing Nightshade,aka Bittersweet Nightshade, Solanum dulcamara. I found it in my Audubon Wildflower Guide. A poisonous vine that I just pulled out last week. The flowers are pretty, but anything that wants to choke something else, I pull. It came from Europe and according to the Audubon Guide, the English used it a few centuries ago to counteract witchcraft. Wish I'd known that before tossing it...I have one neighbor who, oh, well. Which makes both of them as herbs. The second picture is of a two year old French sorrel sending up a seed head. If you do not want the sorrel all over put the seedhead in a plastic bag and carefully cut the seed head off.

#1 is a Centaurea probably C. montana. #2 is an Aquilegia. #3 Polygonum of some sort? # 4 looks to be a Delphinium
