I have a brand new TCL Roku TV (connected 2 days ago) that will not always power up; will not power off; stays at the home page, if you are so fortunate as to be able to watch two or three minutes of a selected program, the tv goes back to the home page and stays there. Anyone know how to turn a smart tv into a dumb tv? Thanks.
