Hi all,

DataMask by AOL is taking over my computer.

What is it?

How do I remove it?

Thanks in advance for helping.

A basic Google search showed this might be a good place to start:

    OK!

A lesson for all you to learn! I am sharing this stupid tip with you.

I wasted two hours trying to get the computer to click out the "DataMask By Aol" screen. Nothing worked, not even Task Manager could end that progrom. So I thought "Shxxxxxt!!!!". So I came here for advice.

Then, I found out what happened.

A friend was using my computer before, because he has arthritis in one finger, so he switched the left and right click bottoms on the mouse, and forgot to switch them back.

I think I am going to kill him now. :-)

Thanks for helping just the same.

I haven't used the AOL program in years since we left dial up. I just kept my email address as I didn't want to switch to another so send and receive my AOL email with email apps on my various devices. Mary
