Hi GardnerPhotographer- Your flowers are very pretty, but I don't know what they are. It is very difficult for even rose experts (and I'm not one of those!) to say what you have there just from pictures of the blooms. To aid with an ID, it would be helpful if you could post additional photos of the plant, especially showing leaves, buds, new growth, stems, prickles- anything that might help someone distinguish your rose from others that might have a similar flower. Also, if you can say something about how often the plants bloom, if the flowers are fragrant, or anything else that you've noticed that strikes you as an identifying characteristic. You may also want to post your additional photos to the Roses forum since it gets more traffic than the Rose ID forum. Good luck, Virginia

Robert, if you can answer the below questions and requests, you will have much more luck getting the right answer (I would also recommend putting the info on the Antique Roses forum. This is the correct forum for a hybrid tea, but on the Antique Roses forum there seem to be more people who are good at identifying any rose, and happy to help): 1) Where, geographically, did your mother and her grandmother garden? 2) What is the earliest date which you believe your great grandmother grew this rose? (Tiffany, for example, was introduced in 1954. If your great grandmother grew your rose before then, it is not Tiffany). 3) Please tear apart a bloom and count the petals, and let us know how many there are, and whether they are or are not yellow at the base. 4) I presume this rose re-blooms? 5) Could not get at your pictures - Please post a picture of a cane with thorns. 6) Please post a picture of a hip, if you have any. 7) Please post a picture of the entire rose bush (largest one you have). 8) Please post a picture of a bloom which is fully open, but has not dropped its petals yet. Pink roses are the most difficult to identify (because there are more of them), but it is fun trying - Jackie

I grew both Pretty Lady Rose (died this winter), plus Pink Peace. It looks like Pink Peace for me. Pretty Lady Rose has VERY GLOSSY foliage, but Pink Peace has dull & and dark-green foliage like the pic.
