Techo Bloc Color Dilemma

Hi all,
Getting a patio put in and we need to choose colors. Doing a permeable paver design from Techo Bloc. Design has a few step downs to be done with their mini-creta wall and cap. We would like a slab area for the table, were thinking their Monticello line.

We were looking at the Villagio in Sandlewood (tan and charcoal color) with autumn red (deep red, tan, and gold) for the wall to make it look like aged brick.

Problem is the slabs -- we wanted it to look like big bluestone/fieldstone chunks, but tie in with color. It comes in Azzuro (blue), Olive (green), Chocolate Brown (brown), and Rock Garden Brown (light brown).

Instinct was Azzuro as it looks more like bluestone, but we're not sure how that would look with the Sandlewood color of the field around it.

See link for color chart. All advice appreciated!
