Tomato Troubles

I sprouted three kinds of tomatoes (burbank slicing, beefsteak and san marzano) indoors, to transplant outdoors in mid-May. They were doing great until about a week ago. The leaves started looking droopy on some, and now leaves are withering and falling off.

The burbank seem OK:

The beefsteak are really not doing well. The bottom leaves are falling off:

The San Marzano seem yellowish with somewhat spotted leaves, but they seem to be doing better than the beefsteak:

I took these pictures yesterday afternoon and some of them look even worse this morning. What's the problem? Are these root locked in the pots? This is the third year in a row I've grown them like this, and they seemed to be bigger this year, and I even started them later than usual. I'm worried they will not make it two weeks or so before I can put them outside.
