Pacific Tree Frogs affect on pond health

Wayne Reibold

I have a 35' x 25' x 2' EPDM lined pond for about 6 months, the frogs sure found it, they are LOUD at night the past 6-8 weeks. I found out they are Pacific Tree Frogs. They laid a ton of egg sacks on some branches that fell near the edge where it's shallow.

I'm curious what affect frogs (little ones like this) have on the health of the pond and if it depends whether breeding season or not.

I don't have any fish or plants in the pond and no rock, just the EPDM liner, the Pacific Tree Frogs that found it and a floating fountain/pump combo.
