Need help with selecting single wall oven

I will have a Bluestar cooktop with grill, a Miele steam convection oven, a warming drawer (brand TBD), and now I need a single wall oven. I wouldn't use this very often and I don't bake much, so I'm looking for a 30" mid price range wall oven. I've seen the Bosch, Electrolux and GE Monogram ovens recommended here, but some of the posts were a few years old, so I'm looking to see how their more recent models are faring.

Pls share your knowledge and experiences with any of these ovens to facilitate my decisionmaking. THANKS!

Looking for the same info. I have a GE profile range and the oven has hot spots, so I'm narrowing my choices to Bosch and Electrolux.

Thanks for the response and link. Does anyone have a DCS wall oven? If so any comments or concerns with that one? Also, so no on KitchenAid (and JennAir), no on Dacor, no on GE, no on Viking... which brands are good with the wall ovens??

We love our FP ovens. They meet all of your needs and are pretty quiet. They also have a few bells too: many cook modes, timed bake and are self cleaning.

My Bosch has been a problem free winner for three years. However, I chose not to use the self-clean feature. The fan is extremely quiet and doesn't run for long once the oven is turned off. The interior finish wipes down nicely and has been easy to keep in like new condition. I agree with the recommendation that you post on the Appliances forum.

We ordered a Bosch 500 30 inch wall oven for under the counter of our new island. KD just emailed me and said the 28.25 inch oven is too tall for the 27.5 inch max cut out of the cabinet. Options are selecting a new wall oven or seeing if the contractor can modify the cabinet in the field. I selected the Bosch based on reviews of how quiet the wall oven was. Any recommendations on a shorter QUIET wall oven? Any cons on modifying in the field! Any advice is appreciated!!!

I have a GE Monogram single wall oven bought in the Fall of 2014. I'm also not a big baker and it has been just fine. Cooked a 22 lb. turkey on Thanksgiving and various meats/baked goods for the past few months. It has great gliding pullout racks and large interior lights. I like the round knobs and the tubular handle which works well with the tubular handle on the Subzero refrigerator. Haven't used the self clean yet--after reading reviews of any self clean features on any ovens I'm afraid of the burning/melting issues. Also have the Monogram Advantium Speed Oven--LOVE IT!

I had narrowed it down to those 2 as well. Ended up getting Electrolux wave-touch (mounted under counter). I really like it so far, but have only used it on weekends for 6 months. Heats evenly, racks are beautifully smooth gliding. The user interface is great, took no time to learn, so it is intuitive, at least for my brain. I don't have to put on my reading glasses to use it, so extra points for that.

(I have not used self-cleaning and am not likely to. I don't make big messes in my oven and it just doesn't make sense to super-heat electronics, but we are a long way from a repairman)
