SicK Multigrafted Citrus Tree

PLEASE HELP! My
multigrafted half barrel container (elevated) grown citrus tree is in a very
sad state. . The few leaves that haven’t dropped off are
curling, yellowing or bronzy colored.
The tree seem to be fine until a couple of months ago. There’s a lot of flowers, fruit set, and new
shoots/leaves but also some twig dieback.
I think I may have overfertilized and overwater but have since taken corrective
action. General care and steps I’ve
taken or will take follow. I’m in zone 9
Central Florida.

Will reduced fertilization schedule with Miracle Gro Shake n
Feed Slow Release for Citrus, Mango and Avocados from every 3 months to every 4
months. Last feeding was 3/1.

Reduced watering from twice weekly to once a week to 10 days
depending on moisture meter reading.
Usually water when the meter reads 4 at root level

Tested soil for pH with local extension office. 6.4 as of
3/20. Will test for soil deficiencies this
week.

Reported tree airing, separating and trimming roots at the
advice of the seller on 3/21. No signs
of rot.

Drilled more holes in container and added pine bark to the
soil to increase drainage on 3/21

Trimmed twig dieback to green twice. Last time on 3/21. Dieback continues.

Move to sunnier spot.
6-9 hours daily depending on weather 3/21

AG Southern nutritional foliar spray every two weeks to
prevent deficiencies. Last spray 1 week
ago

Neem oil once a week as a preventative measure. No insect issues detected. Last spray on 3/21

Despite all this the tree has and is not showing any
improvement. Do I just need to wait it
out a little longer since some steps were recently taken? Is there any hope? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. See pics.
