Cause of yellowing on some of my rose bushes?

Several of my rose bushes on the south side have yellow leaves like what is pictured here. I'm not certain, but I think it may be because they began putting on lots of growth because of a relatively mild winter here, but then more recently temperatures plummeted. Now we have had two straight weeks of very mild temps, so all the new growth is healthy looking. I'm not certain this is the cause, just a guess. I don't recall this ever happening before. Could it be something else? And what should I do? Not all of the bushes have the yellowing, but several do, but other than the yellowing, the bushes look healthy.
