homersgarden - I'm sure location will come into play regarding the price, but I did a remodel this past summer that included new tile, coping, pebbletec surface, new filter, pump, and SWG. They also had to replumb everything for additonal skimmer, vac and return lines. My pool is kidney shaped, 91 linear ft with an 8 ft deep end. I didn't add any fancy waterfalls, rocks etc and it cost roughly 13K. I am in Calif and had it done in August if season matters. I don't have a heater, but I do have solar panels that work very well in the summer months. I still need to get a cover. I also can't wait to see how the solar does late spring. If I can't get enought heat, I'll be looking at getting a heater or heat pump this year. Here's some pictures. Pavers were not done by pool builder. We are looking to resurface our pool. Can you give us your opinion on Pebble Tec vs StoneScape?? I know the Pebble Tec is more expensive but is it worth the extra amount? We have two quotes...one does Pebble Tec and the other does Stone Scape. Thanks so much for answering my question. I look forward to your answer.

These are trowel marks and they will come out over time. The colored plasters, i.e., grays, blacks, dark greens, tend to have color variations that's unavoidable. White based plasters have less color variations.
