I have the PLD2855RFC - which looks a lot like the one you have picked. I like it okay. I do notice a smell after about 3 days of not using it as the poster above says. But we usually run ours about every three days. I haven't found any problems with fitting my dishes or serving pieces in it yet. I don't use it for pots & pans, because I usually hand wash them. I can easily place a 9x13 baker in it, and my glass cutting board, which is probably the biggest thing that I put in it. I do feel like I can't get as many cups/glasses in the top rack, but it I like how much silverware I can get in it. I also like how it tells me when to replace the "jet dry". I usually use the normal wash, but every once in a while the pots & pan cycle. The only other thing I don't like is that I need to run hot water as the machine starts up in order to get a good hot cycle through it. Which means I usually don't delay start it. I had someone mention that to me in conversation, but then I read it in the directions also. I think that helps with the residue issue some. I wanted the "black" of the control panel to match the rest of my appliances and this one had a few features I wanted, so far .. so good. I also have a frigidaire duel fuel range and I really like it. Christy

Hope the birds were safely rescued! Our siding person set off ours taking off the old stuff- oops. Police arrived and gave them a bit of a hard time til they reached us. Double oops! Then I was watching our robins getting ready to fledge and they fledged into the house. Found 2 easily but the third one was shy. I finally snagged the last one. I have a great video of the robins fledging.

Mimipadv, would you mind adding a photo that includes the surrounding area? Just shows that area from a few steps back? This is very much what I would like to do between our fridge and oven column, but my father has had a hard time picturing the result. We are also trying to decide how high to hang the cabinets above the counter and you have the same coffee pot that we would have in our space!

Ok Sophie, but I did the diagram and maths and it looks like it would fit. Was hoping I would get an answer from someone with experience that could verify, unfortunately your answer has no maths behind it... The ikea cabinet is 30 1/16"to from bottom shelf to countertop, our countertop is 1 3/16"thick, so we have 31 1/4" from the bottom of the cabinet to the top of the countertop. Now the samsung oven is 27 1/5" high, and the bosch cooktop is 4" down from the top of the countertop BUT thats including the conduit fitting which is 1" thick and actually sits behind the recessed portion of the oven which is inches lower, so in essence the cooktop is 3 1/4" thick leaving me with 31 1/4" - (27 1/5" + 3 1/4") = approx 1" of clearance between appliances...would be interested to why you don't think they'll fit
