just layed beautiful Hybrid bermuda. Now i have a few questions, PICS

So i looked for some advice before i put the sod down now its down and i have a few questions. I layed the sod rolled it watered it and rolled it again. The job was done at 1300 hrs and gave it a good soak at dark. The ground was pretty wet almost muddy in spots from the rainbefore putting the sod down. In some of the more shaded spots when I walk on the new grass the water seeps up between my toes and some spots dont but the ground is moist. So my first question is should i stop watering the wet spots for a day and hand water the rest of the of the lawn? I know to much water can not let the roots knit but not enough will kill the sod. The paperwork i was given had instructions to water 3 times daily for 10 min each. I built the sprinkler system and put in rainbird rotary head nozzles. i understand they are a lower flow nozzle but 10 mins seem like a lot. How do i know how much water is to much and not enough so i dont kill my investment? thanks in advance for all the info! hope you like the before and after pics. Btw the weather has been 70 degrees and sunny, I live in Oceanside CA 6 miles from the beach
