Pot filler, Gooseneck or Pullout over Prep sink

I’ve
searched the internet for similar topics but could not find this combination,
so apologies if this has been asked before.

Our prep
sink is a small Houzer 7-1/8” x 15-3/4”. The counter on which it is 48 inches
long; there is a load bearing wall on
one side of the counter (this wall which does not extend outwards into the rest
of the room) with about 6 inches between the sink and this wall.

Could you
help provide perspectives on what would work best over the prep sink?

  • Pot filler (love the articulated
Kohler, but it is out of my price range)
  • Gooseneck with no pullout
  • Faucet with Pullout

I
like the option of pivoting the pot filler to an extended length without having
to hold it, but the con is that it will move more to one side as the space is
limited on the other side. I also like the flexibility of a pull out (but dread
the pull out "hanging out" after long use).

My main faucet is a Perrin & Rowe triflow. (No pullout)

Many thanks
