I'm done it's very hard for me to trade now ,I don't like the set up ,and the one's that have stuff I want have everything I've got ,and the ones that want to trade don't have anything I need , you guys have Fun happy Gardening.

Oh Tergrove,

I'm so sorry to hear of your frustration. I think that right now, things are kind of slow here since the transition.

Members didn't have their lists,

Members had to follow one another in order to privately message one another.

Now members have their lists back.

Now it is simple to contact other members, if they will all just get their messaging enabled.

It is now possible to message others without doing that following business.

I would suggest you get your messaging enabled, and maybe just lurk for a while.

I'm copying below the instructions for getting set up for trading, and being notified of messages.

Below I'm copying phylis's post from The Seed Exchange.

Go to https://www.houzz.com/editProfile Edit Profile -> Advanced Settings -> Privacy Settings -> Who can message me -> select "Allow anyone to message me" (near bottom of page)

That will place a "MESSAGE" link on your Member page. (Click on my name to see what I mean.)

ADDITIONALLY you will not be able to see your OWN message link on YOUR page, so you might ask that someone message you or let you know if they see it.

ADDITIONALLY , you will probably want to turn ON getting email alerts whenever you get a new message. On the same Advanced Setting page as noted above choose

EMAIL NOTIFICATION...(when) Someone messages me...EVERY TIME.

I didn't see that game. I was kinda watching the UW Huskies getting creamed by Nebraska, in between me running out to mow the front lawns! lol ahahahhahaha creamed.. huskers,... corn! I crack me up! LOL The Seahawks have seen some really bed calls affect their trips to the playoffs. I believe it was one of those horrible calls at a Seahawk game that put the video camera to use in the NFL. And at our Super Bowl appearance, there were a couple of bad calls and the NFL changed a rule. (of course, the Seahawks just choked! lol)

tergrov-I have to update my list but I have some extra salvia 'sangria' (on your want list) from a generous trade if you'd like some.

I just need some help with with the whole message/following thing. I have already checked the "anyone can message me" but i'm still kind of in the dark as to how this works here. do i have to click follow for everybody in order to see a message?
