go gas or hybrid system?

Hello,

I currently have a 30 year old heatpump. We bought from the original owners 3 years ago and they didn't update the hvac since the house was built in 1986. I'm looking at converting to gas and one of the contractors put together a quote for hybrid heatpump/gas furnace system. I live in NJ just outside Philadelphia and in the winter the heatpump just doesn't do the job. This is what I have quoted so far. Just wondering of prices are fair and if the hybrid system would be a good way to go.
