Yeah, I see that. Not the same though.

I stumbled on this forum searching for a solution to a tomato problem but I stayed because I was impressed with the way the forum was written. The ability to post full fledged HTML etc.

So no, for me that won't work.

Oh well, change happens. Nothing to be done. Accept them or move on. Either way, no worries. :)

Stripping down HTML is a common practice because people abuse it for spam and such. So we strip it on Houzz.

We did allow for some rich text editing - support for uploading photos (using drag & drop from your drive), videos and links. So it's not as free for the advanced user, but it can be elegant and useful, as well as compatible with custom devices (such as reading your posts on iPad)

Plus... you can actually edit your comments and filter out those typos! As I always end up doing.
