Many thanks for your replies (this is the first time I've used this site and so far - very impressed!) So I gather then that you don't recommend I try to germinate these seeds...the strange thing is that if you're right about the toxicity of this plant, I found it growing in a zoo! Many children running around etc etc. I would suggest that's not such a good idea...

If you plant the corydalis near cool stonework of any kind, it will reproduce happily.
