Spectrum Quartz counter tops
Comments (149)We ended up going with Pristine, and it's absolutely beautiful. It's been a year, and it looks brand new, no stains or issues. I love it even more than expected. My husband is thrilled and the whole room looks elevated. We used BM Simply White for the cabinets and SuperCore oak natural for the floors. Check my profile for pics in progress (old floors, tho). We've chosen Satori venatino marble subway tiles for the backslash and all these whites are compatible-- no issues with warm/cool undertones fighting. I'll be sealing the marble on all 6 sizes via a dunk in 511 sealer. Can't wait to see it finished-- the marble could've been risky against a marble-look quartz, but it looks absolutely perfect and gorgeous together....See MoreWhat kind of kitchen counter-top is this; granite, quartz, glass?
Comments (7)@Sophie, The more I look at Pyrolave, the more I think you're right. @Everyone, btw, in case anyone's wondering, this is Roger Ailes' home in Florida.. http://www.townandcountrymag.com/leisure/real-estate/g9229692/roger-ailes-palm-beach-house/...See MoreAnyone have "leathered Quartz" counter tops?
Comments (27)Thank you CW. I have decided against the leathered look. The beach house photo in my original post does not looked leathered like some of these other photos I am seeing. I believe that kitchen counter description is wrong. By the way, I am OCD and was not offended by your statement. Finger prints would bother me, too! I prefer to think that I am OTT... Over the Top when it comes to perfection. Anyway, the topic is Off topic. ;)...See MoreLevel 2 quartz counter top
Comments (4)I am a fabricator. The various "levels" reflect the variable cost of the inclusions and also the demand for particular colors. The "quartz surface" slabs (more accurately termed engineered stone) are processed the same way regardless of the final look. "Level 2" is a reasonable base for a bid as it gives the customer a decent idea of the actual cost. Quoting based on Level 1 or "Builder" grades sets the customer up for a price increase when the actual slab selection is done....See MoreVertise
