Jade plant dying

Hi all,

Apologies if this question has already been asked but I own a jade plant. I've reared him from a pup in Sydney to a stunning 60cm plant in Mackay. I now reside in Darwin though and the jade is none too happy with me. He's been losing leaves at a rate of about a dozen a day once the temperature heated up. Some look like the ones pictured, others are still light green but wrinkled. I've read jades can withstand heat and humidity but wondered if this was true and if not what could be wrong with my plant. I've also read overwatering and underwatering can cause leaf drop but I've tried to rectify both possibilities to no avail. He seems to be getting worse. Temps at the moment here are early to mid 30s with the humidity sitting at around 90%. I believe the best for jade is about half that. Has anyone any ideas to save my much needed money tree? Thank you. Kylie.
