Should my new windows have condensation forming on the inside sur

Had a bunch of new Hayfield/Richlin windows installed yesterday. The wood jambs and trim have not yet been installed. Woke up this morning and noticed some frost and even some water droplets forming on the panes at bottom and bottom corners of the glass surface inside the house. Not on all the windows, just the double opening casements. Not all the casements either, but most of them. The amount of moisture varies. The larger picture windows with awnings on the bottom are fine.

Currently in Minneapolis it is 20 degrees outside. The temperature is 69 inside. We have an AprilAire whole house humidifier operating with the dial set at 30. Also, it was unusually warm yesterday for December, with a temperature of nearly 50 degrees and fog.

Our old windows were very leaky, frost and condensation was plentiful, sometimes covering half the window or more. The new windows show nowhere near as much condensation, limited to perhaps a half to one inch in height from bottom of the glass. These new windows have a terrific R value of 24, they are double pane argon filled with a super spacer. Kind of surprised to see condensation on them. Should I be concerned?
