Master Bathroom Layout Help

We are having trouble with our master bathroom layout. Our biggest constraint is that we need a big window on the end where the tub currently is because that faces the front of the house. We have room to widen the bottom part of the bathroom by 6" (maybe more). We're willing to cut the master closet as well.

Our wishlist is:

- Water closet
- Dual sinks on one side with space for medicine cabinets on the sides (7' would be fine).
- Shower that is at least 3' 9" wide would be ideal, and maybe 6' deep? (comfy for two)
- We don't use tubs so we want the smallest tub possible just for display/resale. It's possible we would just put the plumbing in for the tub and leave the space empty, or put a bench/towel rack there.
- Convenient towel racks to sinks and shower.
- Door from bathroom to closet would be nice, but we would be okay with moving the closet door to the bedroom side.

Currently, the shower is too long and narrow. Our architect said we can widen the room with little effect on the front elevation so that would fix that problem. But then it's still longer than necessary. The water closet is also longer than necessary but that's not as bad as a too large shower. I'm also not sure where the shower towel rack goes. If we have no tub and put the rack on the wall of the water closet that would be a perfect spot. Another idea is to swap the shower and the water closet and put the towel racks next to it.

I also feel like the bathroom has a lot of useless floor space. But maybe that's just the way it has to be?

Does anyone have any ideas? :)
